Forklift Operators

Programmed Central West is seeking 3 experienced Forklift Operators – Warehouse to join a local pet food manufacturer in Dubbo, NSW For an immediate start!. These are casual ongoing opportunities for reliable and motivated individuals ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am- 3:00pm

• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm

• Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm – 7:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and stock movement

• Transport raw materials and finished products within the facility

• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment

• Adhere to workplace health and safety standards

• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

To Be Successful in This Role:

• Experience: Minimum 6–12 months’ forklift experience required

• Reliability: Positive “can-do” attitude essential

• Teamwork & Communication: Work effectively with others

• Transport: Valid driver’s license and reliable transport required

• Forklift License: Hands-on experience; High Reach desirable but not essential as training provided

• Physical Fitness: Able to perform manual handling tasks

• Drug & Alcohol Testing: Must pass testing
